About Us

The PMCIANS.COM is a community website developed by Punjab Medical College graduates, currently employed in United Kingdom.

There is no shortage of websites involving PMC graduates created by various individuals, groups and societies. They undoubtedly share the same enthusiasm of providing means to remain in touch with each other or simply address and extend their social activities. It is good to remain in touch with each other but every available website for 'Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad, Pakistan hits their limits when it comes to entertaining various services as in all-in-one package. We know a few colleagues of ours who have done marvellous jobs individually in providing quality services i.e. articles and forums etc and they deserve true appreciations for that. Most of the individual services are hired from the big names like yahoo, google and facebook etc who have thousands of workers and millions to spen on maintaining services. However, they still remain limited in providing one or two services at a time.

PMCIANS.COM is a voluntary community website run by the inspiration of shear love for Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad, a mother institution. There may be thousands of ways to pay back for what we have achieved following our graduation from PMC and there is no substitution for benefiting others from our good as well as bad experiences, failures or achievements in Pakistan or abroad.

PLEASE DON'T FORGET THEM DAYS WHEN YOU NEEDED SOME ADVICE OR GUIDANCE AND THERE WAS HARDLY ANYBODY TO TURN TO.

Now, when you are in a position to do something for others then why not. As others may also agree, there are so many things that we come to know about and realise after woking with foreign professional and educational system that in Pakistan we only study in order to pass examinations. What if we had done this or that, what if someone had guided us during our medical study......... these might be the questions that many had come across when coming abroad for higher education or employment.

Professional development is important but PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT is perhaps even more important.

How can we shift the thought pattern and help evolve as self-confident positive thinking individuals? This is perhaps the most important aim to address

CAN YOU HELP?
